Welcome to the submission page for the European SME Week Youth Start-Up Competition 2025.

To be eligible for the StudAI, you must be between 18 and 35 years old and submit a video of no more than 3  minutes explaining your start-up idea and its relevance, and a short paper outlining your business plan.

The video and business plan should be submitted in English.

The winner of the StudAI  will be chosen by a jury based on three essential criteria: creativity, visibility, and  communications.

What are we looking for?

Start-up ideas that promote innovation, AI  and reflect EU values. Originality, uniqueness, and the potential to  generate public interest and media attention are also key criteria for selection.

With this application, you confirm that you would like to take part in the European “StudAI”  2025

festival and accept the following Terms and Conditions.

Entrants must be aged between 18 –25 (included) and be Resident in any of HEI-TRAIN’s member countries (Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Ukraine).

In the following steps, you will be asked to upload and/or send your ID card.

Videos must not exceed 3 minutes in length. Business plans must not exceed 3 pages in length.

All videos and business plans must be in English. Only one entry per applicant.

By submitting your photo and personal information (bio) you grant us the right to use it freely for the “StudAI” 2025. promotion campaign as well as for future editions of this event. We promise to respect your rights as the author. We will ensure that your name is always clearly associated with the video and, while we reserve the right to make necessary editorial changes, we will not

make any substantial alterations to your content without consulting you. You will also retain the right to use your own work, as long as you do not promote it in ways that would conflict directly with the aim of the competition.
